You cant change flaws, they are permanent . Also squeamish is probably one of the more bad flaws, if you really want some freebies, pick vegetarian and obvious-obvious doesnt actually do what you would think it does (make stealth harder), stealth is still easy to do, obvious instead makes enemies notice you faster when you arent stealthed
