"Rob" Lehmer, 33, of Carlisle, passed away suddenly at his home on Thursday, October 30, 2008. He was born May 8, 1975, in Carlisle and is the son of Kitzie E. (Marquiss) Galbraith of Carlisle and the late Robert L. Lehmer. Rob was a 1993 graduate of Smithsburg High School in Smithsburg, MD.
